In a lush green oasis, in the shadow of Wat Khao Noi Temple, Chef Tom’s has opened MAR HUA HIN.
After earning a bachelor’s degree in Hotel and Tourism Management at the University of the Thai Chamber of Commerce (UTCC) in Bangkok, Chef Tom perfected his skills at M.L. Puang Dinakara’s Royal Exquisite Thai Cooking School, also in Bangkok, before moving to Brussels, where he worked for nearly 10 years.
With this experience and his many travels throughout Europe and around the world, Chef Tom is back in Hua Hin and wants to share with you an immersive culinary experience inspired by the seasons and rooted in the use of fresh, local products.
